Our vision is to ensure that all individuals who have been impacted in some way by a severe and persistent mental illness or negative life situation will have access to information that will empower them to make informed decisions about their mental health and fulfill their God given purpose for living.

We require that all officers, directors, managers, and employees know and understand the provisions and procedures stated in the Corporate Compliance Plan. All such employees will attend training on Federal and applicable state laws and regulations and guidelines, compliance-related policies, and procedures and standards of professional conduct. Staff are trained on the standards of professional conduct, to include on Fraud/Abuse, Whistle blowers Policy and the False Claims Act.
We use a variety of activities to identify and improve quality of care and service related to the delivery of care. Each QI activity follows a structured, step-by-step development and implementation as follows:
