Behavioral health data tells us that people who have a serious and persistent mental health diagnosis have a life expectancy that is 25 years shorter than the general population, often due to serious health concerns that may not be effectively managed in traditional medical health care systems.

Our I Can Move Forward Program  provides Behavioral Health Services such as Out Patient Therapy/Counseling, Peer Support, Groups, Case Management and community Referrals.

Eligibility

Services are available to any individual in need of care, including, but not limited to people with the following:

• Serious mental illness
• Long-term chronic addiction
• Substance use disorders

We provide care regardless of ability to pay, caring for men and  women  who are underserved; have low incomes; are insured, uninsured or on Medicaid; and those who are veterans.

Services are offered in person, in the community and or virtually.
