Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program

Our Adult PRP program offers individuals living with a mental illness a variety of services to help address life stressors, manage mental health symptoms, obtain community resources, develop independent living and social skills, decrease symptoms, and live a life beyond the illness. We will work to improve your life in a variety of areas to include:

• Obtaining Resources (Housing, Employment, Benefits, Financial assistance, Transportation and more)
• Connection to community resources to include health and legal
• Family and community supports

Fees and Charges
It’s Getting Better All The Time! Mental Health Outreach, Inc. is committed to working with individuals to access necessary mental health services. We are authorized providers for Maryland Medical Assistance. As a part of the Maryland Public Mental Health System, we also provide services to uninsured persons through the MD Behavioral Health/Optum coverage policies and standards. Program Licensures and Certifications
It’s Getting Better All The Time! Mental Health Outreach, Inc. is licensed by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. It’s Getting Better All The Time! Mental Health Outreach Inc. is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Hours of Operation
Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (After 5 and weekends by appointment only).
Services are offered in the community and on site in the clinic.

Eligibility criteria include:
• Must be 18 and older
• Must have Mental Health Diagnosis that meets the MD Behavioral Health Criteria
• Must be a Medicaid Recipient or Medicaid eligible (Certain dually eligible Medicare recipients)
• Currently in or be willing to participate in mental health treatment
